Multilingual needs, unclear positioning and a fragmented user experience
Americhem’s existing website made it hard for users, especially engineers and OEMs, to find critical product data, understand Americhem’s value, or take action. They needed a better way to build trust and inspire conversions. We focused on a few key challenges:
- Disjointed navigation and outdated content structure
- Product catalog complexity, including custom solutions
- Limited visibility into Americhem’s problem-solving capabilities
- Slow, inefficient lead capture forms
