Helping the Center Promote Mental Health for All

The Josselyn Center has a driving mission: make high-level mental health treatment available to the entire community. They break down barriers to accessibility and serve those who are too often left with inadequate treatment, or no treatment at all. Their site needed to be positive, welcoming, and professional.

We created a site that met all these goals. An entire brand redesign came on midway through the project and was incorporated into an existing conversion path. We streamlined the navigation to make it easy for people to find their services, especially people who might not be as tech-savvy or familiar with contemporary website usage. At all steps, we kept all possible visitors in mind.

There were two interesting challenges with this project. One was to make it simpler for the Center to handle intake, which we did with a simple form that asked the right questions without being overwhelming. The other was to create a flexible platform for an emerging content marketing strategy. By partnering with them, we were able to serve the present and be ready for the future.

It was an honor to work with the people at Josselyn Center, and humbling to help them provide mental health care to everyone who needs it.
