IV ketamine treatment

Innovative Psychedelics is a clinic located in Chicago and Downers Grove IL that aims to treat a range of conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc. with IV ketamine treatment. Innovative Psychedelics is one branch of the Innovative Care medical group, which also offers primary care, urgent care, weight loss management, and more.

The challenge

Ensuring usability and functionality

The Innovative team had previously worked with Orbit to redesign and duplicate their Innovative Care and Innovative Vitality websites. The main goals of this project were:

  • Copy the existing Innovative site layouts
  • Create a coherent look and feel
  • Ensure functionality and usability for new and existing patients

The fix

Careful auditing, migrating and updating

The Innovative Psychedelics site needed to mesh with the other Innovative sites. To see this project come to life, the Orbit team worked diligently to:

  • Audit the other Innovative sites for design, copy and functionality
  • Audit and update sitewide navigation across all Innovative sites
  • Migrate, review and QA items for functionality and usability including chat widgets, FAQ accordions, image slideshows and lient forms
  • Install, access and update SEO tools, including GA4 and Google Tag Manager
