Confusing navigation and missed opportunities
IAFC came to Orbit in need of a full site redesign for their main website as well as two microsites. IAFC caters to a wide range of audiences, but the existing website was confusing users, hurting their chances of obtaining donors, helping more families, and making important connections. Their key goals were to:
- Improve navigation and user journeys for their various audiences
- Generate donations
- Preserve key rankings
- Improve site messaging
