United Gem doesn’t sell online. They’re in an old-school, face-to-face business. But a new generation of a family business knew they had to update, to make themselves stand out. So they cam to Orbit Media to help redefine their brand.
We worked to respect their family history while updating their look to a clean and modern site. They knew that the industry is changing, while still holding true to traditions, so wanted their online presence to reflect their open, trustworthy, and innovative way of doing business.
With easy paths toward conversion and a story-driven approach, we worked to wed old and new. It’s a 24-carat site (note: not official).
