Ronald McDonald House Charities Of Central Indiana came to us as a referral based on our work for the Chicago chapter. Though they wanted a template similar to the Chicago website, one thing needed to be different – how we told their story.
Though each house supports families of sick children, they all have different cultures and goals they want to meet. That is why storytelling led the strategy we developed for RMHCI, requiring a thorough discovery process to understand who they were and what they needed.
