Supporting, uplifting and growing New Mexico State University

The NMSU Foundation is dedicated to building relationships, generating support and growing the endowment for New Mexico State University’s students, teaching, research and public service missions. AlwaysAnAggie.org offers a platform for alumni and community members to stay connected and up-to-date on the latest news, events and opportunities.

The challenge

Merging two domains and increasing engagement

The main goal of this project was to seamlessly bring together two existing domains—NMSU Alumni and the NMSU Foundation—into a single, streamlined site. The NMSU team wanted a hub that could be used by all alumni and supporters to learn, get involved and drive meaningful action. There were a few challenges with this project:

  • New stakeholders and shifting priorities
  • Merging and migrating hundreds of pages
  • Increasing conversions and user engagement

The solution

Conversion and UX-driven web design

Our team of writers, designers and developers worked together to bring NMSU’s vision to life. Multiple design revisions, eight pages of SEO and conversion-driven copy, and countless site audits, redirects, migrations and imports later, the NMSU foundation now has a modern hub that meets the needs of all alumni and supporters, complete with:

  • Engaging and thoughtful web design
  • Conversion copy and eye-catching CTAs
