Poor UX and low-quality leads
Kimray’s website serves as a marketing tool– allowing them to get their products and services in front of the right audiences. However, their existing site wasn’t bringing in quality leads, and when users did land on their website they were often confused about how to navigate the site, and whether or not Kimray was the right choice for their needs. To remedy these problems, we focused on the following:
- Increasing quality leads and conversions
- Streamlining purchase paths
- Adding storytelling elements into the site
- Improving site navigation and UX
