Conflicting conversion paths and unclear messaging
In order to help the greater Chicagoland community, the Food Depository relies heavily on donations and volunteers. This is an integral part of their success, but their existing website leaned heavily on messaging geared toward donors, making it difficult for people in search of food or assistance to navigate the website. They came to Orbit for help working through these key challenges:
