With 50+ locations in the Chicagoland area, Byline Bank wanted to redesign their website with a fresh new look and to re-emphasize their brand’s locality, while touting their credentials as one of the biggest small business lenders nationwide.
In addition to the fresh new look and feel of the website, we refined the user paths on the site to make navigation more intuitive. We thought about what customers could be coming in for, rather than what department they needed.
Orbit also created specific location pages for each Byline branch, where Byline proudly displays the faces of employees that you’ll meet if you go in. Their commitment to helping communities thrive financially is admirable. We’re happy that we could help them achieve that goal.
