The challenge
Three separate audiences, one important mission
The Gift of Hope website exists to educate, inspire and support organ and tissue donation services. To do this, they target 3 separate audiences: donor families, professional partners and potential/existing donors. The GOH team came to Orbit for a refreshed site that would better support their mission and reflect their new visual rebrand and DEI initiatives. The key goals were to:
- Drive more donor registrations & donations
- Dispel myths around organ/tissue donation
- Promote their Stories of Hope & show the positive impact of donation
- Improve UX with clear user paths
