What is Chicago Cause?

Chicago Cause began 3 years ago as a philanthropic partnership between Orbit Media, Lightspan Digital, and Flanigan Communications. Together, we donated $24,000 in marketing services, including web design, video production, digital marketing, and public relations. Chicago Cause has had such an overwhelming response, that we've been lucky enough to add three new partners to our roster; Digital Third Coast, Bottleneck Management, and ShiftFocus Productions.

 

This year we are donating 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes totaling over $45,000 in web marketing services to deserving nonprofit organizations. Through this cause we strive to strengthen and serve Chicago nonprofits so that they can continue to do great things in the city we love!

 

What are the Chicago Cause Prizes?

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners will be selected to win one or more of the following prizes:

• A website (design + development) valued at $16,000 (Orbit Media Studios)
• Social media management for 3 months valued at $3,200 (Lightspan Digital)
• Site audit + 6 months of SEO services valued at $11,500 (Digital Third Coast)
• PR consulting valued at $5,000 (Flanigan Communications)
• Video production valued at $10,000 (ShiftFocus Productions)
• Total Final Donation: $45,700

Is My Organization a Fit?

Your organization must have:

• A Chicago mailing address
• Be a 501(c)3 organization
• Demonstrate financial need for web and marketing services to serve a philanthropic cause
• Have a desire to improve the Chicago community

How Do I Apply?

All you need to do is read the terms and conditions and then fill out this form by September 28, 2012. Winners will be announced on November 1, 2012.
