Before joining Orbit, I spent years working in the B2B tech industry as a specialist writer and editor. I’ve written extensively about AI, cybersecurity and educational technology. My writing approach is rooted in a simple philosophy: rigorous editing, journalistic storytelling and always putting the client first.

I have a Master of Arts in Teaching, which still influences my work today: the best marketing content doesn’t just sell; it educates and guides the customer. Throughout my career, I’ve helped brands transform dense technical jargon into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with real people.

My favorite writing tool is NotebookLLM: the juice is definitely worth the squeeze. When I’m writing, I listen to my own curated lists of Jazz, Classical and EDM. Outside the office: I’m spending time with my family, attending Chicago Stars FC games or relaxing at a local Chicago craft brewery. My nominee for co-worker of the year is my black lab, Evie, who excels at providing moral support during intense writing sprints.
