In a saturated industry, JAG was looking to further differentiate themselves with a site overhaul that focused on the heart of their team, relationships, and their approach to exceptional service.
We were tasked with turning a busy user experience that confused users into a more seamless path for clients or potential clients to navigate. That also included a copy refresh which initially presented a challenge due to the JAG team’s concerns with their viewpoint being heard and effectively executed. However, design and copy expectations were surpassed because of our team’s keen ability to dissect details and find solutions.
In collaboration with the JAG team, we created a website that looks modern, feels human, and positions clients as their most important asset.
