Dart Bank is more than just a bank: it is a community institution in mid-Michigan. Their new site had to be a demonstration of their values and their importance to the community while still being up-to-date and modern.

A modern outlay guided users easily to their desired service, without being cluttered or difficult to use. Its simplicity reflected the key values of Dart Bank: a commitment to customer service. The new site was an extension of their in-person offerings, and it was important to make sure the two were seamless.

Incorporating e-banking solutions while remaining compliant with all regulations was an interesting challenge. UX and design were key parts of solving this, and great collaboration with the client made it possible.

Digging deeper into the site, people could get a sense of the history of Dart Bank, and how it helped build mid-Michigan. People have built their lives around Dart. Our new site respected that while bringing them into the future.
