Independence Plus provides highly trained staff to provide complex care for patients living at home, helping to avoid unnecessary and preventable hospitalizations.

The challenge

Building trust and highlighting experience

Trust is a key element of the Independence Plus business model– it’s something they have worked hard to develop with existing clients and something that is necessary to build with new or prospective clients. The existing site was outdated and wasn’t adequately building and sustaining trust with their users. They came to Orbit for help solving the following challenges:

  • Unclear, outdated and redundant messaging
  • Lack of positivity and inspiration
  • Difficulty recruiting clients and staff
  • Poor SEO strategy

The solution

Telling a cohesive and compelling story

Emotional and inspiring storytelling was a key driver for this project. We wanted to emphasize who IP is, what they do and why they do it. This required a blend of professional design, compassionate copywriting and compelling testimonials. We also spent time conducting keyphrase research and developing a new SEO strategy to bring in new users. Here are the key fixes:
