How Can We Help? Let’s Talk!
Just before our project began, ESHA, the company behind the food and supplement industry-leading platform, Genesis, joined with FoodLogiQ — another food industry platform — to launch Trustwell, the safety and compliance platform for the industry. This launched a full rebranding effort, complete with a new brand name — Trustwell — colors, logos, messaging, and more.
The rebranding shifted project goals, yet the Orbit team didn’t flinch. Instead, we shifted resources and designed a phased approach to website launch, so we could hit a critical launch timeline associated with a platform release without losing existing site equity.
Our project team helped segment audiences, identify new use cases aligned to audience challenges, design and develop website branding, and craft messaging and architecture to house the two brand products — Genesis and FoodLogiQ.
At the same time, our technical team undertook a complex content migration process and built a site with a robust resource center. This phased project, now live, is still underway with enhancements, including the development of an ecommerce experience and implementation of a multilingual platform.
The Trustwell team now has a digital storefront on which they can iterate, adding more on-site experiences for customers at different stages in the buyer’s journey.
Since 2001, the Orbit web design and development team has been creating custom sites and managing tricky integrations. We’re content management experts and work closely with web strategists and project managers to create your perfect site.
