Website Content Coordinator

Make award-winning websites come to life! We’re searching for the maestro of content orchestration — a highly skilled individual experienced with WordPress content entry.

You don’t stop at simply entering finished content into the CMS; you take pride in ensuring every page entered reflects the design, story, and project goals. You’ll also play a pivotal role in empowering clients with CMS know-how, training and supporting them in managing their site after launch.

If you’ve got the experience and passion to match, you might just be who we’re looking for!

Who We Are

Orbit is a transparent and talented Chicago-based web design and development company. We create focused but flexible sites designed to convert. We have a strong process and a strong work ethic, but we also value our team’s personal time. There are 50 Orbiteers, split across our design, development, strategy, project management, and optimization teams.

We love working with great Chicago companies like Vienna BeefLou Malnati’s, and Goodman Theatre. But we also have clients across the US, big and small, like Billie Jean KingAroma Housewares, and Datacolor.

We’re proud to be a B Corp and love giving back to our community by donating work for Chicago area nonprofits through our Chicago Cause initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing

You collaborate with our project teams to deliver finished websites for our clients. Without you, our sites can’t launch, so you’re a critical team member. Some days you’ll be heads-down, entering content and ensuring the delivery of high-quality finished pages to clients. On others, you’ll be testing functionality across browsers and devices, or leading CMS (content management system) training sessions for our clients.

  • Electric Personality: You balance professionalism with a zest for life. We love down-to-earth individuals who bring a positive vibe.
