We’re looking for a passionate senior-level UX Web Designer to add to our tight-knit team. Our UX designers take a holistic approach to the user experience. This is a client-facing position that combines technical expertise with a keen eye for marketing, conversion flow, and site messaging.
In this position, you’ll be working closely with the copywriting and UI design team to create the full architecture of the site, as well as the on-page experience. You’ll be asking and answering a lot of questions. What answers do visitors need? Why would they not take action? What does the sales process look like? You’ll develop the strategy that organizes a site, marshals the content, and surfaces the key information visitors need to have a great experience.
You’ll work directly with the client to learn key information about their business, their industry, and their users. We count on our UX team to offer advice on best practices and make persuasive cases for our approach. It’s a qualitative and quantitative focus on creating results-driven, user-friendly websites that bring brands to life online.
You’ll juggle multiple projects at once, creating conversion guides, user flows, and wireframes for each. We put a strong focus on content strategy, conversion optimization, UX and usability through all phases. We work closely with our project teams and utilize our other designers for inspiration, feedback and refinement.

What does it mean to be an Orbiteer? It means being an integral part of building beautiful conversion-oriented websites that deliver genuine results for our clients. It means being able to be creative while working on small teams. It means never being siloed.
