When McGill-Queen’s University Press came to us for an e-commerce website redesign, our goal was to create a sophisticated, scholarly design that was more intuitive and engrossing for the user. We wanted to improve user registration rates and make it easy for people to create profiles, while also automating order processing and delivery.
