Chicago Cause Terms & Conditions

The following services will be awarded to the winner(s):

• One website (design + development), content entry, digital strategy consulting, GA4 review and setup from Orbit Media Studios
• Digital marketing strategy, which may include paid media, SEO and content strategies from Digital Third Coast

All prize winners agree to:

• Kick-off the projects within 30 days of being selected as a winner
• Designate a single point of contact, allocate proper resources, and make timely decisions consistent with project schedules
• Pay additional fees for all services above the prize value including new scope items and additional work requests
• Promote the results their organization receives from these prizes

For the website (design + development) from Orbit Media Studios, the recipient will:

• Complete the project in 12-15 weeks after kick-off
• Assist in content for the site including images
• Agree to Orbit’s standard contract
• If you are using any third-party tools such as MailChimp, Hotjar, etc., you are responsible for those fees
